(Austin, TX) — Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller of Stephenville, is suing the Biden administration, claiming that the COVID aid package passed by Congress discriminates against white people.

The American Rescue Plan includes a provision that forgives loans to “socially disadvantaged” farmers or ranchers.  Miller’s lawsuit claims the “racial exclusions” are unconstitutional and violate the Civil Rights Act.

Miller is suing on his own behalf, not for the state.
