(Glen Rose, Tx) – As of Monday, May 17th, the City of Glen Rose has closed Big Rocks Park due to flooding and raging waters.
The Shoreline park along the Paluxy River known for its boulders, is a popular swimming area for families.
A statement from the city says the closure was done for the protection of our citizens and Glen Rose visitors.
