(Dallas, TX) — Several north Texas residents are safe after a series of high-water rescues on Monday.
Dallas Fire-Rescue picked up the occupants of two cars that were stuck in high water on Sylvan Avenue between I-30 and Singleton Boulevard. A woman was still in her car when high water swept it into a creek in White Settlement in western Tarrant County.
Firefighters say her car fortunately drifted back to the bank, where they rescued her.
