Texas Has Lowest Gas Prices In U.S.

(Undated) — The lowest gas prices in the U.S. are in Texas.

Triple-A Texas says the statewide average is $2.71, two cents less than this time last week. The national average is $3.04.

Gas demand is expected to be strong during the summer and OPEC is going to increase production over the next few months.
