(Dallas, TX) — Southwest Airlines is hoping to be back on track today after a second day of technical problems on Tuesday.

The Dallas-based carrier dealt with a computer outage affecting their phone and check-in systems.  Frustrated flyers tweeted that flights were being delayed because bags had to be checked by hand.

On Monday evening, a glitch prevented Southwest’s flight crews from receiving current weather data, which is necessary to fly safely.
