(San Antonio, TX) — Texas Governor Greg Abbott is revealing more details for a border wall including how to pay for it.

He appeared on a podcast called “Ruthless,” saying there will be a website to solicit donations to build the wall, promising transparency.  Abbott said the state-built border wall would give Texas a strategic advantage in the fight to slow the flow of illegal immigration.  T

he governor says state police would be able to arrest migrants for vandalizing the fencing.  That would keep them in state courts, instead of the federal system, ending catch and release.
