UPDATE:  Suspects Royce Wood and Tiffany Caswell were brought into custody by the U.S. Marshall’s this morning in Batesville, Arkansas, according to Wise County Sheriff Lane Akin.

(New Fairview, TX) — Wise County Sheriff’s Office is now looking for the girlfriend of a man wanted in connection with the shooting of a Police Officer and a home invasion.

Royce Wood and Tiffany Caswell are accused of breaking into a New Fairview area home and robbing someone on June 12th.  They’re both wanted on aggravated assault charges.  Wood is also the suspect in the shooting of a Rhome police officer on June 13th.

He’s a 43-year-old white man, bald with a brown beard and green eyes.  Caswell is a 32-year-old white woman, five-eleven, 140 pounds with blue eyes and black hair.  She may be driving a Dodge Ram with dark gray primer paint.

Last week Wood was the subject of a Blue Alert after shooting the officer.
