(Arlington, TX) — Former Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre, and the team’s longtime announcer Chuck Morgan, are both on their way to the Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame.
Beltre retired in 2018 after eight award-winning seasons with the Rangers. His number 29 is one of only six the team has retired. Morgan started as the Rangers’ public address announcer in 1983, and since then has called more than three-thousand regular season games in a row, the longest run in MLB.
Beltre and Morgan will be inducted on August 14th at Globe Life Field.
