(Azle, Tx) – We now know the name of the second victim in a deadly plane crash near Azle.

55-year-old Charles Schwantz has been identified as the pilot of the small plane that went down Saturday morning near Silver Creek and Confederate Park Road in Tarrant County.  Schwantz’s son, 18-year-old Jack Schwantz, a senior at Azle High School was a passenger on the flight and also died.  FAA records show the single engine plane was registered to Charles Schwantz, who was a commercial pilot.  T

he cause of the crash is still under investigation.
