GOP Governors Meet Abbott At Border Today

(Mission, TX) — Gov. Greg Abbott will be back on the southern border today, where he’ll meet with ten other Republican governors from across the nation.

Governors from as far away as Montana and Idaho will join Abbott in the border town of Mission, along with the head of the Department of Public Safety and a general in the state National Guard. The idea is to continue calling attention to the surge in illegal border crossings during the Biden administration.

This will be Abbott’s third visit to a border town in just over two-weeks.
