(Fort Worth, TX) — Goldee’s is the best barbecue joint in Texas.

That’s according to Texas Monthly, which ranked the Fort Worth restaurant at number one on its Top 50 list for 2021.  Goldees, located on Dick Price Road in Southeast Fort Worth is a relative newbie to the BBQ game, opening in February 2020.

Other North Texas barbecue joints to make the top ten are Cattleack Barbecue in Dallas, ranked as sixth and Panther City BBQ in Fort Worth, ranking at number ten.
