(Hudson Oak, TX) — The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a plane crash that injured five people in Parker County over the weekend.
The crash happened just after 7 p.m. on Saturday when a single-engine Cessna 177 went down after losing power. The plane hit a utility line and then crashed onto the north shoulder of I-20 in Hudson Oaks, about a half-mile from the Parker County Airport.
State police say the pilot and four passengers were hospitalized with unknown injuries.
Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the plane to lose power.
