Texas Congressman Running For AG

(Tyler, TX) — The field of Republicans that are running to be the next Attorney General of Texas is getting crowded.

Outspoken East Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert announced he will run for AG if he’s able to raise a million dollars in ten days. He joins former Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush, State Senator Matt Krause and former Texas Supreme Court Judge Eva Guzman, who all want to be Attorney General.

Incumbent AG Ken Paxton is running for re-election.
