(Fort Worth, TX) — Tarrant County officials are announcing the seizure of more than 1400 pounds of liquid meth over the past five-weeks.
Officials stated on Thursday that the meth has an estimated street value of $16-million. Tarrant County Sheriff Bill Waybourn says the drugs were seized in two separate raids. The first came about when an officer pulled over a car with a license plate that matched a stolen vehicle.
Officials didn’t say how many arrests have been made, since the undercover investigation continues through surveillance work.
