(Stephenville, Tx) – The Stephenville ISD Board of Trustees has named Dr. Eric Cederstrom, of Pine Tree ISD, as the finalist for it’s new Superintendent.

Upon final approval at the Dec 13th school board meeting, Cederstrom will replace the out-going Superintendent Matt Underwood.  A post on the district’s Facebook page says “The Board has followed a lengthy process in determining the finalist”.

Prior to his post as Deputy Superintendent in Pine Tree, Cederstrom was Superintendent at Palo Pinto ISD.
