Paralyzed Prosper Cheerleader Showing Rapid Recovery

(Prosper, TX) — A Prosper cheerleader who was paralyzed in a tumbling accident in September is showing signs of rapid improvement.

Makayla Noble suffered a serious spinal cord injury and was paralyzed from the neck down. Doctors told her she’d never walk again, but she’s starting to breathe on her own and can roll over. Therapists say she accomplished on her third try something that usually takes weeks to do.

Makayla is continuing her therapy and her recovery at home.
