(College Station, TX) — The latest highway congestion report from the Texas Transportation Institute is out.

It shows that traffic bottlenecks in the state are back to pre-pandemic levels.  The busiest stretch of highway is in Houston, where drivers on the 610 West Loop were stuck in the biggest jams.

The second worst traffic congestion is on I-35 through Austin.
