Texas Democrats Face Challenging 2022 Election Year

(Austin, TX) — Texas Democrats are looking at an especially unfriendly election year in 2022.

Republicans nationwide expect to win seats by attacking Biden’s record, which has led to his low approval rating. Texas Democrats will be dealing with newly drawn political districts that consolidate GOP dominance in the state.

Democrats failed to deliver in the 2020 elections, after predicting a blue wave that would hand them control of the state Legislature.
