Fish Rain From Sky In Texarkana

(Texarkana, TX) — Unusual weather in a Texas town is leaving residents feeling fishy.

The city of Texarkana said on Facebook that it was literally “raining fish” on Wednesday.  The post added that animal rain is a “phenomenon” that happens when small water animals are supposedly swept up in waterspouts or drafts.  Animals then drop at the same time rain does.

This hypothesis has never been proven.
