Roundtable Discussion Held On Concert Safety

(San Antonio, TX) — Texas is holding a roundtable discussion on concert safety.

Governor Greg Abbott’s task force met yesterday at the Alamodome in San Antonio to talk about the permit process and the importance of venues meeting with promoters. The Governor’s Office says there were also talks about shutting down events already in process.

Abbott formed the task force after ten people were killed at the Astroworld Festival in Houston last November.
