Guzman Outraises Paxton In TX AG GOP Primary Fundraising Report

(Austin, TX) — Former Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman is outraising incumbent Attorney General Ken Paxton in the most recent fundraising report.

Texas Ethics Commission records show Guzman raised almost $4 million in the last six months of 2021. Paxton raised under 3-million dollars, while Land Commissioner George P. Bush brought in under $2 million. Congressman Louie Gohmert raised just over a million.

All four are running for the GOP nomination. Paxton still leads in total cash on hand with over 7-million dollars.
