(Wichita Falls, Tx) – Due to staffing shortages in an effort to recruit more substitute teachers, the Wichita Falls ISD Board of Trustees approved incentive pay for subs.

The pay raises go into effect February 1st.  Substitutes in Wichita Falls schools can earn up to an extra $10 per day on top of the regular pay structure.
