Texas Sues Fed Government Over Mask Mandate For Air Travel

(Austin, TX) — Texas is suing the federal government over the coronavirus mask mandate for airports and airline travel.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton released a statement accusing President Biden of having repeatedly disregarded the “individual liberties of Texans.” He said the mandate is disrespectful to the U.S. Constitution.

Paxton also suggested Biden has been acting “above the law.”
