(Frisco, TX) — There will be no NFL investigation into the Dallas Cowboys’ decision to settle a lawsuit by ex-cheerleaders who claim they were filmed undressing by the team’s former PR rep.

An NFL spokesperson tells The Dallas Morning News any investigation into the claims against Rich Dalrymple were handled at the team level.  ESPN reports the Cowboys paid $2.4 million to four former Dallas cheerleaders in 2016 after one claimed to see Dalrymple video them in their AT&T Stadium locker room.

Dalrymple, who retired earlier this month after 32 years with the organization, admitted to being in the locker room, but said he quickly left after realizing it wasn’t empty.
