(Amarillo, TX) — The People’s Convoy is making its way through the Texas Panhandle.

The convoy of truckers protesting COVID-19 mandates made their way through the city of Amarillo Saturday.  Hundreds of people lined I-40 to watch the convoy make its way through town.  The protestors are demanding the national emergency concerning COVID-19 be lifted.

They plan on ending their cross-country road trip in Washington, DC.  The convoy was modeled after a similar protest that took place in Canada earlier this month.
