Final Day Of Primary Voting Today In Texas

(Undated) — Today is the final day voters can head to the polls to vote in the first round of the Texas Republican and Democratic primaries.

Key races include all of the state’s congressional districts, governor and lieutenant governor, and dozens of seats in the Texas Legislature. Candidates must get more than 50% of the vote to secure the nomination, and run-offs are expected in some races. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

You must show one of seven accepted forms of photo ID to vote.
