(Jacksboro, TX) — Residents of Jacksboro aren’t letting this week’s tornado keep them from playing ball.
An EF-3 tornado clobbered Jacksboro and damaged the high school and elementary school on Monday. Two days later, school board members decided to play Wednesday night’s softball and baseball games at Bowie High School instead of canceling them.
Parents and community members drove 30-miles to Bowie to support their teams.
