(Palo Pinto, County) – After surveying the damage left by Monday’s severe storms, the National Weather Services says at least 11 areas in North Texas sustained tornado damage, including portions of Possum Kingdom Lake

According to the Weatherford Democrat, Palo Pinto County Emergency Management officials reported that an estimated F1 tornado damaged buildings but caused no injuries in the northeast and western areas of Possum Kingdom Lake.

The weather service is working to determine whether the funnel that struck the PK Lake community was the same one that went on to severely damage structures in Jacksboro.
