(Jacksboro, Tx) – Despite their High School and Elementary campuses being severely damaged by last week’s EF-3 tornado, students in Jacksboro are headed back to school today.

Teachers were called back on Monday.  The school district says although the high school remains damaged, it’s been declared safe enough for students to come back.

The elementary school however has not been deemed safe, so the students will be split up among the middle school campus and some local churches that will serve as schools.
