AAA Texas: Statewide Gas Price Down Four Cents From Last Week

(Undated) — The Triple-A Texas Weekend Gas Watch says the statewide average gas price in Texas is $3.85 a gallon for regular unleaded.

That price is down four-cents from a week ago, but a $1.24 more than a year ago. The national average is $4.23.

Gasoline supplies increased, while demand was slightly down, resulting in reduced prices. The average price at the pump in North Texas is $3.77.
