(Washington, D.C.)  — A second busload of migrants from Texas is now in Washington, D.C.

The bus dropped off its dozens of passengers early Thursday morning near the U.S. Capitol.  Governor Greg Abbott is offering free bus rides to the nation’s capital to migrants who are interested.  Abbott initiated the program to protest the Biden administration’s open-border policy.

The passengers all volunteered to make the trip.  Workers from Catholic Charities met the bus to assist the passengers in moving on to their final destinations.
