Woman Drops Suit Against Jerry Jones, But Wants DNA Test

(Dallas, TX) — The woman claiming Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is her father is dropping one Texas lawsuit to file another one.

Alexandra Davis’ attorney told a Dallas County judge yesterday she wants Jones to undergo a DNA test to prove he’s her dad. Her original suit filed last month said she and her mother had been given hush money to not discuss her parentage. The suit also said Jones had an affair with Davis’ mom in the 1990’s.

Jones’ attorneys said Davis was trying to extort money from him.

A judge ruled in favor of dismissing the suit without prejudice, meaning it could be filed again.
