(Fort Worth, TX) — Construction is set to start next year on a Texas A&M urban research campus in downtown Fort Worth.
The university’s Board of Regents gave their initial approval to the project on Thursday, voting to add it to the five-year Capital Plan. The plan calls for 85-million-dollars each for a Research and Innovation Center and a Law and Education Building.
The campus will be built next to the existing Texas A&M School of Law building, which is scheduled to be replaced in 2024.
