(Weatherford, Tx) – Testimony continues today in the Parker County double murder trial of 38 year old Christopher Mark Wall.

The Weatherford man is accused of shooting and killing two women in the parking lot of a Willow Park bank in 2017.  Wall claims the victims, Ashley Pohorence and Kristra McClellan were blackmailing him in an extortion scheme involving sexual solicitation attempts through the now defunct Backpage website.

He says he shot the two women in self-defense when they threatened him during the payoff meeting in the parking lot.

Wall faces an automatic life sentence without parole, if he’s convicted of capital murder in the fatal shootings.
