(Weatherford, Tx) – It took a Parker County jury just over six hours to find Christopher Mark Wall guilty of Capital Murder in the shooting deaths of two women.

Wall, a former executive at John Peter Smith Hospital had been on trial for killing 23-year-old Ashley Poherence and 21 year old Krista McClellan, in a Willow Park bank parking lot in 2017.  Wall claimed the women had been extorting money from him in a sex scheme and that he shot the women in self-defense.

Wall was found guilty of the double murder on Thursday and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
