(Fort Worth, TX) — American Airlines says it’s going to be cutting more flights so it can stay reliable.

American Chief Revenue Officer Vasu Raja says the North Texas air carrier needs to be more conservative with its resources.  He expects the canceled flights to mostly happen in October.

American still reported a 476-million-dollar profit for the second quarter.
