Grass Fire Spreads To Eight Structures In Tarrant County

(Tarrant County, TX) — A grass fire is to blame for damaging several homes and buildings in Tarrant County.

Firefighters were called last night to the rural neighborhood of Kennedale off of Bennett Lawson Road, where the fire quickly spread to three homes and five buildings. No serious injuries were reported.

Fire investigators say the fire most likely started in a kitchen before spreading to nearby grass and other structures.
