The State Fair of Texas set a new attendance record during it’s run from Sep. 27 – Oct. 20th.   This year’s fair saw 2.4 million attendees which beat the previous record by 100,000.

In case you’re wondering, Fletcher’s Corny Dog sales also increased by 32,000 this year compared to 2023.  Approximately 550,000 were sold in 24 days.   In addition, 1800 gallons of mustard and 850 gallons of ketchup were consumed.

Next year’s State Fair of Texas begins Friday Sep. 26th and will end on Sunday Sep. Oct. 19th.
