(FORT WORTH, TX) – Fort Worth Firefighters were pressed into service during yesterday’s heavy rains, making five high water rescues.
Flash Flooding was reported across most of Tarrant County. The Fire Department reported four high water rescues North of Fort Worth and one in far East Fort Worth. At one point, the Fort Worth dive team was called out for a car reportedly swept off the road on Saginaw Blvd, but cancelled before they got there. No one was injured in any of the rescues.
