(MINERAL WELLS, TX) – A family run business that started in Mineral Wells five decades ago, now based in Weatherford, is returning to Mineral Wells with a new residential trade school at Wolters Industrial Park.

The Mineral Wells Index reports, Comfort Experts-Hobson Heating & Air has purchased the former Baker-Hughes property at the base, the former Fort Wolters PX, bank buildings on Hood Road and the former Beach Army Hospital, with plans to redevelop the buildings as a campus-style trade school.  Owner Brett Hobson says they hope to have Perfect Technician Academy at the former base hospital open in two years, with some tech training beginning early next year.
