(Undated) — As Texas voters cast their ballots today, officials want to make voters aware of what not to do at the polls, according to state law.
Don’t take selfies. Turn off your cell phones, tablets, cameras, and laptops. Don’t wear campaign buttons or T-shirts. Don’t try to influence the vote within 100 feet of the polling place’s front door. Don’t forget your photo ID. Don’t hang around after voting or work the line with a petition for your pet cause. Both are considered loitering, so just vote and go home. And don’t bring a gun unless you’re a police officer.
