(Fort Worth, TX) — The skeletal remains of a 44-year-old man have been found on the 12th floor of a Fort Worth grain silo.

Police say some workers at Maalt Transport, located south of downtown Fort Worth, were filling a silo when it became clogged.  They discovered a tape measure, pulled it and that’s when they found the decomposed body of a man identified as Fort Worth resident, Arthur West.  Investigators say it’s unclear how West got in the silo or when.  They also say there appears to be no sign of foul play.  The exact cause of West’s death is pending an autopsy.
