(Undated) — North Texas commuters are dealing with rain instead of ice on their drives today.

Temperatures remained too high to allow for the same icy road conditions drivers in northern Tarrant County had to deal with Wednesday morning.  Areas north and west of Fort Worth saw are seeing the worst of the rain.  People in Parker County are dealing with dime-sized hail and scattered power outages.

Parts of Hood County were without power Wednesday due to ice on power-lines and trees.  Tri County Electric Coop reported about 600 homes and businesses were without power, but it has since been restored.
