(Fort Worth, TX) —  An off-duty Fort Worth police officer is being credited with stopping a school shooting in a town near Austin.

Taylor police say the cop contacted them after hearing Devant Davis-Brooks make the edict while playing on online game early yesterday.  The 17-year-old was captured a short time later.  Taylor ISD says their schools were never in any danger and the case is still under investigation.
