Corsicana ISD Teacher Charged With Sexual Indecency With Child

(Corsicana, TX) — A Corsicana ISD elementary school teacher is under arrest on two counts of sexual indecency with a child.

Police arrested 48-year-old Ramon Santuario-Mendoza on Monday. He teaches third-grade English at Sam Houston Elementary. The district put Santuario-Mendoza on administrative leave last week pending the outcome of an investigation by Corsicana ISD Police.

No word yet as to whether the child involved is a Corsicana ISD student.
