(Fort Worth, TX) — Fort Worth police fatally shot an armed suspect on Sunday afternoon.
Police were searching the area near Lauretta Drive and East Berry Street just after 4 p.m. for a suspect in an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. They saw him get into a car with two other people, but when officers tried to stop the car, all three jumped out and ran away.
Two were soon arrested, and the third was found hiding in a nearby truck. Officers tried to arrest him, but shots were fired, and the man died. Police found a gun on the suspect. Protesters soon gathered at the scene demanding answers from Police.
