(New York, NY) — Ezekiel Elliott will not be suspended for a conflict with a Las Vegas security guard.

The NFL announced Wednesday Commissioner Roger Goodell ruled the Cowboys star running back did not violate the league’s personal conduct policy.  The NFL did note Elliott acknowledged he showed poor judgment and promised to make better choices.

Video posted on TMZ in May appeared to show Elliott cause the security guard to trip over a gate and fall to the ground.  He was briefly put in handcuffs but not arrested or charged. Elliott was suspended six games in 2017 for violating the personal conduct policy.
