Teen Mows U.S. Flag Into Lawn To Honor Deceased Friend

(Haslet, TX) — A teenager is honoring a deceased friend in the Army by mowing a United States flag pattern into a lawn in Haslet.

Seventeen-year-old Cameron James created the patriotic display in the front lawn of a home in the Sendera Ranch subdivision. It honors 21-year-old Pfc. Kevin Christian, died last month while deployed to the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona.

James said he also wanted to show his patriotism for the 4th of July.
