(Fort Worth, TX) — A North Texas rapper will serve a 55-year prison term for murder.

A Tarrant County jury on Tuesday sentenced 19-year-old Taymore McIntyre, who was convicted of murder last week.  McIntyre, whose stage name is Tay-K, was in on a 2016 home invasion robbery in Mansfield in which 21-year-old Ethan Walker was killed and another man wounded.

McIntyre was also convicted last week for the aggravated robbery of other people who were in the Mansfield home.  He’ll serve all the sentences concurrently.
