(Oxford, MS) — A Fort Worth man is charged with killing a fellow student at the University of Mississippi.

Deputies found Alexandria Kostial’s body on Saturday morning near a lake about 20 miles from the campus.  The 21-year-old from St. Louis was shot eight times.  The suspect, identified as 22-year-old Brandon Theesfeld, has been suspended from the University.  He made his first court appearance on Tuesday.  He’s due back for a bond hearing at a later date.

Theesfeld was a former student of Country Day School in Fort Worth.
